The Foundation for Innovation, Education, & Research in Otolaryngology (FIERO) is an independent, academically focused, non-profit organization that seeks to enhance the lives of patients through programs designed to facilitate discovery and understanding of novel therapies for disorders of the ear, nose and throat.

	Innovate FIERO firmly believes that innovation is the way forward; a shared goal between medicine, industry, and our patients. We are committed to collaborative relationships to develop, evaluate, and introduce innovation to Otolaryngology. Through iVoice, our impressive new iPad app, we are on our way to building a community devoted to you and your practice 365 days of the year.
	Educate FIERO aspires to educate colleagues about new treatment options and to create best practice guidelines to improve patient outcomes. The Open Forum, our primary educational venue, has gained international acclaim for its unique ability to weave multiple styles of learning into a collaborative, interactive format that focuses on applied medicine, technology, and minimally invasive concepts. Our educational initiatives extend to patients by providing information on new and existing therapies to enable informed decision-making.
	Research FIERO currently supports the scholarship of discovery through novel applied clinical research by investigators from all sectors of Otolaryngology.
