Target Audience
The Open Forum is designed for Rhinologists, General ENT physicians, ENT fellows and residents, ENT nurse practitioners, ENT physician assistants, and other healthcare professionals with a special interest in the field of Otolaryngology.

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of The Academy for Continued Healthcare Learning and FIERO. The Academy for Continued Healthcare Learning is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
Credit Designation
The Academy for Continued Healthcare Learning designates this live activity for a maximum of 17 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

PA's can receive a Certificate of Participation for attending The Open Forum. AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ is accepted by the AAPA and many PA certification and licensing boards. Please contact your state licensing board or certification body for their specific requirements.
